Own My Life Course
The Own My Life course is a 12-week (in-person) educational and creative programme designed to help women who have experienced domestic abuse or coercive control regain ownership of their lives, minds, and futures.
The programme breaks down trauma and abuse through group work, interactive multimedia videos, and personal journals. The curriculum is built around six core elements:

- Own My Body: Reconnecting with physical safety and well-being.
- Own Choices: Building decision-making skills and rediscovering personal autonomy.
- Own Relationships: Identifying healthy dynamics and recognising coercive behaviours.
- Own My World: Navigating your environment, work, and community.
- Own My Feelings: Learning to process emotions in a safe and supportive space.
